Parents In Action Healthy Parenting 
Right from the Start This 12 week course combines the expertise of both the Children's Aid Society and the Grey-Bruce Health Unit. Guidelines for parenting are presented for a variety of themes, including: discipline, building self-esteem, substance abuse, sexuality, anger management, sibling rivalry, preventive health care, and the ages and stages of development. A variety of teaching methods are used, including guest speakers, information sessions, hands-on workshops and open discussions.
