The Board of Directors is a diverse group of community members who meet on a regular basis. The Board's primary responsibility is to provide governance for the Society and ensure its accountability to the community. The Board of Directors also provides practical support to the Executive Director and staff at the agency.

The Board reviews formal and informal feedback on the activities of the Society and makes recommendations when appropriate. The Board of Directors is also committed to participating in community forums to advocate for the best interests of the children in our community.
